Taxes & Accounting Solutions provides tax preparation, bookkeeping, payroll processing, IRS representation, nonprofit compliance, and related financial services to individuals, small businesses, and nonprofits primarily located in California.

Services are provided pursuant to a separate engagement agreement or service contract. These Terms & Conditions apply to your general use of our website and initial consultations.

2. Free Consultation

The free 30-minute consultation is offered at no charge and with no obligation to engage our services. The consultation is intended to review your general tax situation and identify potential next steps. Advice provided during a free consultation does not constitute a formal tax opinion or legal advice.

3. No Attorney-Client or Accountant-Client Relationship

Use of this website or the free consultation does not create a professional engagement relationship. An accountant-client relationship is only established upon execution of a signed engagement letter and receipt of applicable fees.

4. Informational Content

5. Confidentiality

Service fees are outlined in the engagement agreement. Payment terms are specified per engagement. We reserve the right to discontinue services if payment obligations are not met. Fees paid for completed work are generally non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. IRS Representation

As an IRS Enrolled Agent, Monica Pacheco is authorized to represent clients before the IRS. Representation services are provided pursuant to a separate Power of Attorney (Form 2848) and engagement letter. Outcomes of IRS proceedings cannot be guaranteed.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Taxes & Accounting Solutions shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or this website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and design — is the property of Taxes & Accounting Solutions and may not be reproduced or distributed without written permission.

11. Governing Law
